These crunchy balls are richly covered by 70% pure chocolate, and last but not least rolled in a yummy layer of rich matcha, the perfect combination of pure cacao, crunchy, and sweet umami. We made this with the Fairtrade pure chocolate from Oh La La and matcha from Matchaaa.
The matcha crispy chocolate balls are delicious, the crunchiness of the Japanese rice and wheat gives the sweet umami an extra kick.
