We ship all over the world. The shipping costs depend on the weight, size and distance to the destination of your package.

Delivery time & costs
Your order will be processed and made ready for shipment within 1 working day. The delivery time can vary from 1 to 7 working days, depending on the destination of the package.

You can return your order to our address.

Receiving a refund
Once your return has been processed, you will receive a confirmation email. The amount will be refunded to the account of your original payment method within 14 working days. Please note that we can only refund the amount to the account where the original payment came from. Please note that we can only refund if the canister is unopened and in good shape.

Exchange
Unfortunately, we only offer refunds. If you want to exchange an item, we advise you to return the unwanted item and place a new order for the correct item or size.

Right of withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from the agreement within a period of 14 days without giving any reason.
