Kagoshima premium matcha

This matcha is produced in Kagoshima, one of the top 5 regions that produce match. Kagoshima has a  vulcanic soil. The matcha has a rich, earthy flavor with a umami finish. 

The leaves are shaded before harvest, cut and then finely ground in a marble millstone. Perfect for many recipes, salty or sweet.
