How to make a perfect matcha?
Use fresh soft water, 70-75°C.
Put 1 gram matcha (2 bamboo scoops) in a bowl and pour the water (70°C) onto the matcha. Rinse your matcha whisk before using it, this will extend the life of your whisk. Now start whisking the matcha with the matcha whisk (chasen) until foaming. Whisk for about 15 to 30 seconds.
