Create a perfect matcha by siftinf matcha before adding water had a huge effect on creating a smoother and richer foam layer much faster. You create a perfect matcha when you whisk it with 70-80 degrees water and the bamboo whisk. The result is much better without the lumbs.

This sift (tea strainer) is part of the matcha ritual.
